If you answered YES – we are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy manufacturing group in Eastwood. This role is due to start immediately and is a permanent position. If you are experienced in Customer service and administration we would love to hear from you!

Hours;
* Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary;
Between £24k – £26k DOE
Duties will include;
* Maintain customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and suppliers.
* Prepare orders for shipping by answering telephone calls and emails, creating quotes for customers by editing, verifying, and coordinating information with warehouse and accounts departments; inputting data using SAP
* Resolve product and service problems by researching the situation and liaising with warehouse and accounts department.
* Covering reception duties when needed.
* Sourcing pricing for shipping, booking transport with hauliers and creating daily shipping documents
* Assisting with purchasing by creating Purchase Orders and booking in stock
