Reginald Gray are recruiting on behalf of a key client, seeking a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager looking to step into a multiple aite running role. You will oversee a range of residential and commercial refurbishment projects, typically valued between £50,000 and £500,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple refurbishment projects simultaneously

*

Overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

*

Maintaining health, safety, and quality standards across all sites

*

Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager

*

Track record of delivering refurbishment projects in residential and/or commercial sectors

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage multiple sites effectively

*

Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
