Town Planner
Location: Cardiff

My client, a dynamic planning consultancy, is looking for a skilled and motivated Town Planner to join their team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have some professional planning experience and will be involved in a variety of planning projects, providing advice, preparing applications, and liaising with clients and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit planning applications and reports.
Advise clients on planning policies and regulations.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.Requirements:

Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
Some professional planning experience.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Membership with RTPI (or working towards) is preferred.Interested?
