About the Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 teaching experience is an advantage but not essential).
Inspire a love for literature and language while fostering strong communication skills in students.
Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners at varying levels of ability.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Collaborate with the department to contribute to a thriving English curriculum.
What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and experience teaching English.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature.
Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with high expectations for all students.
