Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the financial and contractual elements of M&E projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of M&E projects from inception to completion.

* Develop and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

* Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.

* Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

* Provide strategic advice on contract management and dispute resolution.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

* Lead commercial meetings and prepare detailed financial and commercial reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in commercial management within M&E projects.

* Strong understanding of M&E systems, contracts, and procurement processes.

* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in commercial management software (e.g., CostX, CANDY).

* MRICS or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

* Strong communication and leadership skills
