Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Buckingham (Predominantly office-based)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is seeking to hire a new Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Buckingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Candidates with either private practice or in-house experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
Candidates with either private practice or in-house experience will be considered.
Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Additional experience in employment law, franchising, or litigation would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Salary/Package:

Base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
Predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company.
