Our client is a RIBA Chartered consultancy based in Nottingham, specialising in commercial, educational, and regeneration projects. They pride themselves on delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. The team is dedicated to excellence in design and execution and are looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join them in shaping the future of the built environment.
Role Overview:
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be integral to the design team, working on a diverse range of projects using both 2D and 3D methodologies. Your expertise in REVIT will be essential in delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and other technologists to develop and deliver detailed design solutions.
Utilise REVIT for the creation of comprehensive 2D and 3D models.
Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to project planning and development.
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout all project stages.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology or HNC/HND qualification in an architectural or other relevant construction related field.
Proficient in REVIT.
Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related field.Benefits Package:
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
