CHEF, NURSERY

Seeking a experienced Chef that has experience in Early Years nutrition and food preparation for children 0-8 years.

Also seeking someone with a A NVQ or overseas cooking qualification or additional certificates and training in food preparation.

Starting salary:

£28,000- £29,000pa + further training , career progression opportunities, no evenings or weekends , paid holidays, 12 WEEKS PAID HOLIDAY.!

Working Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Day time shifts only. No evenings or weekends.

Job description:

Oversee the complete running of the nursery kitchen

Produce nutritional dishes for children in line with our menus and recipes

Check allergens and will remain vigilant to every dish ensuring each child’s health and dietary requirements are safeguarded.

Parental preferences will be fully respected and considered when producing daily meals.

Maintaining good relationships with food suppliers and our accounting team when making orders and direct communications.
