About the Role
As a Vehicle Paint Technician at Steer, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
* Accurately mixing and applying paint to meet precise vehicle specifications using spray guns and other advanced equipment.
* Operating our high-standard spray booth to ensure flawless finishes.
* Ensuring that every project meets rigorous quality standards and customer expectations.
* Working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and provide outstanding service.
* Maintaining a clean, organized workspace while strictly following health and safety guidelines.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Significant experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or in a related role.
* Expertise in working with a variety of vehicle types, including electric and hybrid models.
* Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and high-quality materials.
* Proficiency in using paint mixing equipment and spray guns.
* A solid background in the accident repair industry.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
