The Role
As a Building Surveyor with Antony Hodari Solicitors, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating housing disrepair claims under sections 9, 10, and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed assessments of potential housing disrepair claims
* Review and interpret external expert reports and schedules of work
* Collaborate with our solicitors to provide specialised insight on building pathology and repairs
* Advise on the estimated value of remedial works and solutions
