Responsibilities

* Teaching Assistant.

* Behaviour management.

* Supporting learners with a range of needs

* Engaging a young person in learning through a range of methods.

* Delivering intervention sessions for learners.

* Supporting learners with EHCPs.

* General Classroom support.

* Social, Emotional and Health Support.

Requirements

* A range of behaviour management techniques.

* Expereince working in Primary sector.

* To have worked with learners with a range of needs.

* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.

* Experience delivering evidence-based interventions that accelerate learning.

* Experience support learners with SEN/SEMH needs.

* Confident in delivering intervention sessions.
