About the Role:

We are looking for a Hydrogeologist with 2–5 years of experience to join our constrruction client in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse hydrogeological and environmental projects in the West Midlands. If you have a background in groundwater assessment, hydrogeological risk analysis, and environmental consultancy, this is a fantastic chance to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct hydrogeological assessments, groundwater monitoring, and sampling

* Support groundwater flow and contaminant transport modelling (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW)

* Prepare and review hydrogeological risk assessments for environmental and water resource projects

* Assist in environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and regulatory compliance reporting

* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, engineers, and environmental scientists

* Undertake site visits, field investigations, and client meetings across the UK

What We’re Looking For:

* Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field (MSc preferred)

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in hydrogeology, environmental consultancy, or water resources

* Experience with hydrogeological modelling and GIS software is desirable

* Strong analytical and report-writing skills

* Full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain one)
