Large Format Production Manager

We’re working with an award-winning large format digital print company based in Leeds as they search for a Production Manager to oversee their workshop. This senior role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to grow with a successful business.

This is a full-time and permanent position working day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process, from artwork to dispatch, ensuring smooth workflow management.
Lead and manage the production team, including scheduling, holiday planning, and shift patterns.
Maintain stock control, oversee ordering processes, and manage goods in and out.
Ensure all machinery is well-maintained and that health & safety standards are upheld.
Liaise with customers both in person and over the phone to maintain strong client relationships.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high-quality standards.Key Requirements:

Experienced up to management level in a print production environment, within a large format print business
Proficient in Adobe Suite and RIP software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive team player who can follow instructions while using initiative. 

Salary & Benefits
Salary up to £38k based on experience, plus 25 days holidays Bank Holidays (rising with service), on site parking, company pension, and other benefits.
