The Company-

We are currently working with a privately owned, regional contractor who turnover £30m, and specialise in new build and refurbishments of hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential works across the North of England, typically valued up to £15m. They secure the majority of their work through repeat business, frameworks and tender. 

The Role-

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team. They are open to speaking with experienced Senior Site Managers/Project Managers who are looking to take the next step in their career to Contracts Management level. The role will oversee 2-3 projects at anyone time with support from a very approachable and experienced senior management team.

You will have experience working on commercial, hospitality and apartment schemes.
