We at Swift are looking for an experienced individual to join our clients team in Liverpool.

Duties

* Progressing claims in a timely manner.

* Obtaining, collating and reviewing medical records/reports.

* Chase clients/third parties for any outstanding documentation required to progress claims.

* Instructing Counsel to attend conferences.

* Carrying out and completing risk assessments and prospects reports.

* Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of their claim.

* Liaising with clients, third party insurers and solicitors via phone and email.

Experience:

* Previous knowledge of road traffic accident claims.

* Ability to work in an organised manner.

* Excellent client care and communication skills.

* Previous experience using case management systems.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
