We are looking for a talented Engineer for our client based North Cambridge. This is a business critical role which will ensure products are delivered at the correct standards. You will bridge the gap between Product Group and Development teams across the business - you will become a product expert and will be a go-to contact within the team.

The ideal candidate will be technical, flexible, enthusiastic and personable.

Requirements -

* Relevant technical degree or equivalent expertise
* Hands on experience in the development of embedded software
* Experience with requirements elicitation and requirements development
* Experience working with or from technical standards, such as 3gpp or ETSI
* Experience writing functional specifications or defining product functionality using user stories or use cases

It would be beneficial if candidates had the following skills and experience -

* Experience with mobile phone technologies such as USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS
* Experience with layered wireless communications protocols such as P25, TETRA, GSM, UMTS, 4G/LTE/5G
* Experience working in a flexible Agile project-based environment
