I am currently recruiting for a temporary Events Officer for our client in South Cambridge. They are looking for a highly organised, personable and efficient Events Officer to join their team on a full-time temporary basis, for a period of 2-3 months.
Typical duties include:
* Supporting with the planning and delivery of a large annual conference
* Creating invitations, menus, seating plans, guest lists
* Coordinating with suppliers and venues
* Attending all events to ensure they run smoothly
* Post event analysis
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience within event management essential
* Strong communications skills
* Exceptional organisation and planning ability
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Educated to A-level standard
* A flexible and adaptable attitude
