We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with payroll experience to join our team in Leeds, previous experience working in the recruitment is preferred but not essential. You will be working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, working alongside an existing and established team..

The role:

* Ensure that all payroll data is received, checked, signed off and sent to our payroll team on time.

* Ensure that all new starters are entered onto the payroll and CRM system.

* Process all leavers

* Process all pay changes accurately

* First point of contact for all payroll related queries.

* Producing reports for clients on compliance, salaries, costings

Due to the nature of the business we would like applicants to also be flexible to assist the team in other areas once payroll is complete - assisting the Account Managers with other administration tasks.

We ideally are looking for:

* Previous experience in recruitment preferred(not essential)

* Able to build relationships with candidates and clients

* Positive

* Ambitious and energetic

* Able to work in a team

* Highly organised - abilty to multi task
