As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in driving cost efficiency, managing procurement processes, and leading contract negotiations on residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Your insight will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
 
You’ll work closely with a talented team of project managers, architects, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. As the primary Quantity Surveyor, your influence will be felt from the early planning stages all the way through to final completion, making this an impactful and rewarding role.
 
Responsibilities:

Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for all assigned construction projects.
Manage procurement strategies and lead contract negotiations to secure the best possible value for money.
Provide regular financial forecasts and risk assessments, ensuring full control over project budgets.
As the lead Quantity Surveyor, monitor project progress and resolve any financial or operational challenges that arise.
