Job Title: Management / Business Administration Assessor

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle and surrounding

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria;
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management at Level 5 and Business Administration up to Level 3.
Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must hold solid, occupational experience in Management.
Must have a good level of ICT skills.
Confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties:
Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Business Administration up to Level 3.
Delivering online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence and face-to-face if required.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.Please note:
