Caretaker

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Caretaker to join their team. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive individual with strong DIY skills and a can-do attitude.

Role Overview:

* Carry out general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, decorating, joinery, and basic electrical tasks.

* Assist with deliveries, ensuring they are received and stored appropriately.

* Maintain exterior areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-presented.

* Work with a wide range of people, requiring excellent communication skills.

* Support health and safety compliance across the site.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong DIY and maintenance skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good communication skills to engage with colleagues and external contractors.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is an advantage.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive, can-do attitude.

Job Details:

* Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, 37.5 hours per week

* Competitive Pension scheme, on-site parking, gym facilities, cycle-to-work scheme

* Holidays: 22 days plus 2 statutory days

* Advanced DBS check required
