About the Role:

As a Civil Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Source and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotes.

Assist in tender preparation and submission.

Work closely with project managers and engineers to optimize cost efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.

About You:

Experience in civil estimating or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
