Coordinator / Technical Manager

Contract: Permanent

Pay: £45,000

Location: Farnham, Surrey

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-15:00

40 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly within the electrical sector. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen understanding of project timelines and deliverables. You will be assisting the Technical & Project Director with the daily workload.

Duties

* To project manage the CAT A / CAT B projects from point of order through to completion.

* Liaising with the contractor to understand their programme of works.

* Liaise with Operations regarding any changes, raise any additional quotes.

* Make sure the company has the most up to date information inc the latest drawings and specs

* Issue RAMs

* Review daily engineer reports and send to the contractor with any snags / quotes needed.

* Manage Engineer drawings

* Site visits as appropriate but primarily you will be office based

Requirements

* Electrical and technical background

* Understanding of construction projects

* Need to be calm and good with customers

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to use their own initiative
