Lab Technician

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
Hours: 08:45 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday 08:45 to 16:00 on Friday including 45 minutes paid lunch break and 45 minute early finish on a Friday

Key Responsibilities of a Lab Technician:

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised lab environment, ensuring it remains free of waste.

* Accurately compound samples in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.

* Manage lab consumables and raw materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

* Support sample despatch, providing timely and accurate information and samples to customers.

Key Skills of a Lab Technician:

* A degree in Food Science or Chemistry (preferred).

* Experience in a Flavour Lab environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 6 (B) or above in Maths and English.

* Strong time management skills and a flexible approach to work.

* Full right to work in the UK.

* A full, clean driving licence
