Inventory Control Specialist - Manufacturing

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Inventory Control Specialists on a Temp to Perm basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for process optimisation, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working closely with manufacturing and supply chain departments to ensure materials are available to meet the Master Planning Schedule.
Managing and administering manufacturing cycle count programmes.
Supporting the annual stock take of inventories for manufacturing and finished goods.
Implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory control, process optimisation, cycle count accuracy, receiving throughput, and material handling efficiency's.
Supporting and managing timely resolution of systematic queries, including invoice queries, quality/rejects, ERP & WMS transactions.
Establishing and maintaining procedures, work instructions, and policies within ISO-9001 and ISO-14001.
Ensuring all affected stakeholders are properly trained to meet requirements.
Ensuring employees keep accurate inventory records and adhere to proper procedures relating to inventory control.
Other duties as assigned by management.What's in it for you:

Previous experience in inventory control or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
