The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our clients support team. In this role, you will handle incoming sales orders and provide clear, consistent support to colleagues across Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Customer Services Administrator Responsibilities
Process all incoming sales orders and create related purchase orders.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing proactive follow-up on sales inquiries and order statuses.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Track and plan product demand, manage stock levels, and monitor stock planning requirements.
Create and monitor purchase orders for customer orders and stock replenishment.
Support colleagues by covering their roles when necessary and provide guidance across departments to ensure customer needs are met. Customer Services Administrator Requirements
At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy work environment.
Familiarity with inventory management and stock planning.
Proficiency in handling high volumes of inquiries and responding effectively under deadlines. Benefits
