Job Description: Baby Room Practitioner (9:30-6:30)
Location: Waltham Abbey
Working Hours: 4 Days a Week

Overview:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our nursery team in Waltham Abbey. The role involves providing high-quality care for children aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver safe, engaging care and age-appropriate activities.

* Monitor and document children's progress, sharing updates with parents.

* Ensure health and safety standards are met.

* Work collaboratively with the nursery team and support parents with child development advice.

Requirements:

* Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3) and paediatric first aid certification.

* Experience in a baby room or similar setting.

* Strong communication skills and a caring approach.
