London is on the look out for a Private Sector Housing Officer!

Fancy putting your Private Sector Housing knowledge to the test in arguably the greatest city in the world?

Well, this is your opportunity to do just that!

A London-based borough are looking for an Officer who has experience in:

?Private Sector Housing Enforcement and serving notices.
? Investigating HMO's.
? Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.

? Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
