Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional SME in the central Dudley area who are seeking an Administrator/ Customer Service person to assist in support and organisation of their busy office.

Duties and tasks will be varied and will include:

Use of MS Office- Word and Excel
Answering the phones and general customer service queries from customers and staff
Providing excellent customer service
Handling complaints
Responding to emails
Working on a filing systemCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

Excellent telephone manner
Experience of working in an office: 2 years+
Competent in MS Office: Word & Excel
Excellent typing skills
Customer service experienceHours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
