Administrator – Civils & Groundworks Contractor

Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for a new opportunity or to start your career off? Are well-established Civils & Groundworks contractor based in Knowsley, seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the management team and site staff.

*

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

*

Managing and maintaining records, documents, and filing systems.

*

Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

*

Coordinating site paperwork, including permits and compliance documentation.

*

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

*

General office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience preferred).

*

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
