Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are working with a well-established trust who are in need of an experienced HR Partner to join their Multi-Academy Trust based in Brighton and Hove.
What you'll do:
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to schools and the central team
Collaborate with school leaders and the wider trust leadership
Drive HR initiatives that align with the trust's vision and values
Manage a diverse range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment to employee relations
What you'll need:
Proven HR experience, ideally within the education sector
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact

A competitive salary of £50,321
A permanent, full-time contract (52 weeks per annum)
