Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young people? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join this team as Senior Residential Support Workers. What You’ll Do:

Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting.
Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure.
Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment.
Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Support Worker with children or young adults.
Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport.
A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role.
NVQ3 in Children and Young People (or a commitment to achieve it). Perks and Benefits:
