Site Manager career opportunity with a highly succesful contractor working on the Southern Water Framework, based north of Winchester

Responsibilities of the Site Manager

* Ensuring Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management requirements.

* Site documentation

* Ensuring that work is planned and organised

* Carrying out competence assessments

* Sub contractors.

* Liaising with other departmental sections and trades.

* Updating the Project Manager with contract progress and future resource requirements.

Requirements of the Site Manager

* Ideally experience within the water sector , otherwise civils / M& E background will be considered

* Ideally Degree/HND/HNC in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

* Experience in Ducting, Foundations and Earthworks/Groundworks.

* experience at a supervisory level.

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* CSCS
