RMN - 18+ Female Acute Ward
Are you someone who has dealt with crisis management in acute/ PICU environments looking to join a new team for our experienced client within mental health?

£40k Salary - 40 hours - Full-time - Permanent

15 Bed intensive support for a revamped ward based in Rotherham.
Must be accustomed to dealing with PICU and/or acute environments for the past 18 months as the acute ward deals with:
* Personality disorder
* Bipolar disorder
* Psychosis
* Complex needs and self-harm

Crisis Management:
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise care in high-stress environments.
* Skilled in de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution.

Clinical Skills:
* Administering medication
* Experience in emergency response

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Skilled in non-verbal communication and active listening - crucial for mental health nursing

Teamwork and Leadership:
* Collaborative approach to working with multi-professional teams.
* Prioritised care delivery, managed resources, and maintained high standards of care

Rotating shifts consisting of days, nights, and weekends - Week A/B basis
