Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: West Bromwich

Company Overview:

Our client, is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within a supportive environment. With a competitive salary between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience also offering hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Manage and reduce aged debt through timely collections.
Maintain strong client relationships to resolve payment issues.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits.
Provide regular reports on debts and cash flow.
Improve credit control processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Requirements:

Proven experience in credit control, preferably in [industry/sector].
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g., Sage, SAP).
