£65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

• Are you a Procurement professional?
• Have you worked within Category Management Programme for the Retail Petrol stations?
• Would you be able to manage a budget of over £120Mil spend?

Our client is a leading Oil and Gas company and due to excellent growth and a surge in new contracts, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled and dedicated Category Manager.

Categories of responsibility will be - Retail Petrol stations

What you'll be doing?

· You'll prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual reports
· Develop a Category Strategy
· Document all risks associated and update the department risk register
· Ensure all savings and value are tracked through SAP ARIBA
· 3RD party stakeholders and Oversees stakeholder engagement
· Ability to influence the stakeholders associated to the Category of spend

What you'll need?

· Relevant Technical/ Business Degree
· 7-10 years' worth of Purchasing experience in related role
· Proven track record in Negotiation and supplier Relationship Management
· ERP Systems Knowledge (SAP) and (SAP ARIBA)
· Petrol Station management and fit out experience (Retail operations including, construction, fit out and shop operations)
