Job Overview:

As a Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging language lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. The successful candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess student progress, providing feedback to support development
Differentiate lessons to cater to a range of learning abilities
Foster a passion for languages and cultural awareness in students
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning environment
Participate in extracurricular activities and language-related school events

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Spanish or a related subject
Experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for teaching languages and helping students succeed
Ability to start immediately
