Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Wembley.

Job Purpose

* Have direct and indirect operational responsibility for the end to end customer journey within the repairs and voids service, taking a strategic lead on developing and improving the service for today and the future

* Contract manage the Responsive Repairs and voids contractor and other specialist contractors

* Proactively manage specialist areas such as disrepair, structural works, dampness, and other legal related issues

* Provide leadership to staff and contractor’s staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery, including developing and improving staff capability
