Join this growing Corporate and Business Tax team as a Corporate Tax Senior and take the next step in your tax career.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while working on diverse and exciting client projects.

Due to this being a primarily advisory role working with large corporate and OMBs you will need to ACA qualified and/or part qualified CTA.

As a firm on average, they are in the office 2 days per week but as long as you can commit to 1 day in the office they are extremely flexible!

What You'll Do:

Assist in delivering tailored tax advice on corporate transactions, demergers, and share incentive schemes
Prepare tax computations, valuations, and clearance submissions to HMRC
Collaborate with the team to research and draft technical tax reports
Support compliance tasks, including reviewing tax returns and addressing client queries
Work closely with managers and partners, gaining exposure to varied industries and projects across a wide array of clients
