GSL Education is looking for a passionate and proactive Pastoral Learning Mentor to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This role is central to supporting students' personal development and ensuring a positive school experience.

Key Responsibilities

Building Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with students to support their social, emotional, and academic progress.
Behavioral Support: Help manage student behavior and implement strategies to promote positive conduct.
Transition Assistance: Support students transitioning between lessons and ensure punctuality and preparedness.
Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving student conflicts and promoting harmonious relationships.
Team Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support individual student needs.

About You

A genuine passion for supporting young people and promoting their well-being.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in mentoring, youth work, or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school environment.
