An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced leader to join Lancashire County Council's North Lancashire Duty and Assessment team as a Senior Manager. Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, your role will include:

Leadership: Leading and inspiring your team, nurturing their growth and fostering a positive work environment that encourages continuous learning and excellence.
Influence & Inspire: Using your exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trust and confidence within your team, partners, and stakeholders. Sharing insights and knowledge to ensure effective engagement at all levels.
Service Excellence: Driving a culture of service excellence, ensuring that the services we provide meet and exceed the needs of our children and families. This includes streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships, enhancing the effectiveness of our services through collaboration and shared goals.
Continuous Improvement: Leading the charge in refining service delivery through data analysis, review of Ofsted reports, and addressing any challenges to ensure our team remains adaptable and responsive.Requirements:

Qualified Social Work degree and social work England registration
Significant Duty & Assessment experience and team management experience
