We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator , to work at our client, based in Markham Vale area.
They are a leading specialist trade merchant serving communities across the UK and Ireland.
This is a temporary to permanent contract for a Sales Administrator, meaning you must be immediately available, but it will lead to a permanent job for the right candidate.

37.5 hours per week
8am to 5pm, with some flexibility

The Role – Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a key player in our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Order Management: Accurately processing all electronic orders and coordinating timely deliveries to customer sites.
Customer Relationship Building: Conducting on-site visits to maintain and strengthen relationships with our valued customers.
Supplier Coordination: Working closely with suppliers to ensure stock availability and timely delivery of larger orders.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone for the role of Sales Administratorwith:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel (basic search functions).
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Previous experience in the gas, water, or electric sectors would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
