We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable General Cover Teacher to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy teaching across a variety of subjects and year groups, providing cover in the absence of regular teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students are engaged and productive.

Managing classroom behavior in a positive and proactive manner.

Supporting students in their learning and helping with any questions they may have.

Ensuring that all students are treated with respect and their well-being is prioritized.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance and reporting back to school staff as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Previous experience teaching or working with secondary school students is preferred.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong classroom management skills and a positive attitude towards education.

A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
