Role and Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
Support students with their work and respond to their questions
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Handle any immediate issues that arise during lessons

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)

The following qualifications would be an advantage:

Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools
Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
Level 3 Certificate in Cover Supervision of Pupils in Schools
