TeacherActive are proud to be recruiting for a Family Support Worker who can develop strong working relationships with parents and will support the Family Liaison Advisor at a Lichfield based primary school which caters to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. You will play a vital role in promoting effective communication skills among students and help them overcome communication challenges.

As a Family Support Worker, you will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion towards others
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience of working with pupils on the Autistic Spectrum is preferred.
