Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator (1-Year Maternity Cover)
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team on a 1-year maternity cover.
Responsibilities:
Schedule planned and reactive maintenance for subcontractors and operatives.
Manage property maintenance contracts and renewals.
Liaise with clients and contractors, handling queries and scheduling access.
Track job progress, update logs, and keep clients informed.
Prepare quotations, raise purchase orders, and chase invoices.
General admin, including updating databases and assisting with small projects.Requirements:
Experience in maintenance, construction, or property sectors.
Strong customer service and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Desirable:
