Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - £50,000 - £58,000 + Generous Benefits - 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern

Futures are delighted to be working with a well-known and fast-growing food manufacturing business. This business turnover £70m+ and has achieved 300% growth over the past 2 years.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of systems.

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

* Maintain, repair or replace mechanical equipment | machinery to a standard that will ensure maximum machine efficiency and performance.

* Attending equipment and machinery breakdowns and prioritising workload accordingly.

* Planned Preventative Maintenance of mechanical equipment.

* To undertake development work that extends effective usefulness of company equipment.

* To Identify and take appropriate remedial action to rectify equipment faults and failures.

* Ensure all necessary maintenance information is recorded using the recognised documentations.

Successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be:

* Apprentice trained to a Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical Discipline or equivalent.

* Well versed in working for a fast-paced manufacturing industry.

* Great problem-solving skills.

* A great communicator.
