Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, with experience in using both hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. As a Plasterer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that surfaces are finished to the highest standards.

Duties

* Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring an even and smooth finish.

* Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and priming as necessary.

* Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and bricklayers, to complete projects.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines.

* Perform repairs on existing plasterwork as needed.

* Assist with other construction tasks as required, including roofing work.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plastering.

* Knowledge of masonry techniques and bricklaying is advantageous.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

* Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and standing for extended periods.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
