Additional training and growth opportunities LTF Recruitment is partnering with an inclusive Primary School in W10 to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant for their Autism Resource Base. This unique provision supports a class of 7 primary-aged children with complex needs and learning difficulties, integrated within a mainstream school setting. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of 4-5 TAs and a Class Teacher to provide essential support.

Main Duties will entail:

Working as part of a close-knit team to support primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex needs.
Delivering personalised assistance and helping children access the curriculum through tailored approaches.
Encouraging positive engagement in a structured yet nurturing classroom environment.
Monitoring and recording each child's progress and providing updates to the class teacher.
Supporting daily activities and assisting in maintaining a safe, inclusive space for all students.Applicant Specification:

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience working within a primary school environment or with children who have complex needs is desirable.
