What You'll Do:

Support senior estimators in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects.

Analyse project blueprints, specifications, and requirements to assess material, labour, and equipment needs.

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure project timelines are met.

Maintain and update cost databases, ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency.

Contribute to the preparation of bids, proposals, and cost analyses.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

A degree or background in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
